It was an open interview. I arrived to the main office where I had to submit availability request followed by a typing test and than an in person interview asking about my previous work with customer service. It was a really quick interview than I was offered the job as soon as we finished in person.

It was straight forward about matching my skills with the job position needs. The interviewer was professional and respecful, the interview was about job matters, nothing personal. It was short and in 2 stages only, aside of the specific skills examination which also were straight forward.
