Questions were predetermined and basic. Be yourself and try not to focus on delivering the perfect answer. Department was looking for experience in leading projects. Experience in project management is a plus.

Interview
First was a typical phone screen with HR, then got put on around 40 min phone interview with manager asking a couple behavioral questions and about experience related to the position.
