HID Business Development Manager interview questions

Unprofessional , unethical and incompetent interview process. I have applied for the role of Business Development Manager via recruitment agency engaged by HID Global. The interview with a local manager went excellent , and I was shortlisted with another candidate. The rest of the process was a real mix of incompetence bordering non-compliance. The discussion with HR went like a pre-programmed PC s/w . The next round was with another manager . The person was utterly unprofessional asking vague questions about my age , and other irrelevant topics. Furthermore, she started to argue with me about my understanding of the role .I've made a mistake , and should've disconnected the call . The same feedback was received by the recruitment agent from another candidate - it appears that the interviewer felt that it is totally acceptable to abuse the candidates . The local manager had called to apologise afterwards , and explained that the senior manager had a very limited understanding of the role ... Enough said about the quality of the recruitment process.
