It was more of direct and situation based questions. Also it was about the previous experience and achievements in the past company. It was great talking to the panel and they ensured the candidate was comfortable

Initial had HR round interview and he scheduled the interview and then the Technical round was conducted and it went well but didn't hear back from them it was poor way of communication
was expecting the results or feedback of it

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HGS (Noida)
Interview
5 rounds. First was telephonic including common ques like describe yourself , hobbies, why should they hire me , past experiences, projects that i worked on , asked further questions on project, second was aptitude which included question on work and time, boat and stream, distance, directions , ques on english, one word , meanings , fill in the blaks, choos correct option.
third was operational, forth was face to face including technical ques, fifth was with managerial round
