Firstly , the interview started with simple CV discussion , then she asked why you want to join bpo sector and then told about the training period and joining after that .
Then she told me about the salary and said if you are interested you can join

It was a very good experience. There was totally 3 rounds of interview. We need to wait for hours to attend the interview. The hr will be chatting with other colleagues
It is really a Long process. 1st head hr takes your interview then hr under the head hr takes your interview then a team leader will take your interview then you have a phone round with the client. Total 3 rounds minimum.
