Very quick and easy. It was a telephone interview and the interview asked some Situational Judgement questions and then asked me why I wanted to work for HGS, and also a bit about myself and my expectations.

Strange. Applied through indeed, received a online assessment to which I failed, to which I was informed after chasing up. Then received a email for a telephone interview.then the same online test was sent again. Did not pass interview as I didn't have the qualifications or somebody else has more suitable qualifications than me. The job role did not advertise that qualifications be needed. I had the relevant experience. The feedback was not clear enough.

It was a regular interview process, the usual questions. We talked through email and on the telephone. I completed some assessments online and then I was offered the position. It was simple.
