3 Rounds of F2F interview. 1st round with the HR Manager who is very talanted and very easy to communicate to, for accessing your thought process and intrest level . 2nd round with the MD himself which took me around an hour or more, he is very well informed and extremely focused. The interview is basically a friendly discussion and question related to real time scenario. 3rd round again with the MD for final verdict and salary, your role and expectation discussion.
