1 initial screening ( required qualifications are met or not )
2 group discussion ( any random topic to talk to with the group to check your communication)
3. Pyscometric test ( same personality related question asked 2 to 3 times try to answer honestly)

The interview process was easy straightforward, including an HR call with normal education and experience related questions, group discussion, and psychometric test, all of which were manageable and not particularly challenging overall.

It was a very smooth process. . You can easily crack the interview. Just be prepared. The rounds are very easy compared to any other companies and make sure you are very good at english speaking and writing.
