Interview process was pretty good. Probably the most comfortable I've ever felt during an interview. The interviewer did a great job making it feel more like a conversation than an assessment, which allowed me to be myself and answer questions easily. It was a bit brief and I wish they had asked me more questions about what makes me stand out, how I would handle certain situations, what my values are, as I find these questions are a great way to share how you are uniquely fit for the job beyond what's written on your resume.
