I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HDR (Austin, TX) in May 2014
Interview
This Employer has a 3 step interview process after your application is considered. There is a phone interview where they just ask you general questions to get an understanding of what kind basic IT experiences you have had. There aren't any technical question asked in the phone interview.
The 2nd interview will be an in person interview where they ask you some detailed questions about your IT experience, and where they ask you to tell them a little bit about your self. For the most part they will do most of the talking.
For the 3rd and final interview, they will have you speak with various people around they office and they will have you speak with the MP or office manager. this part of the interview is for the other employees to get a feel to see if they would like you to work here since this is an employed owned company.

Question 1
It's Saturday and off your scheduled time to work. One of the Engineers is working on a proposal and is unable to print it. What do you do?

Interview
After reviewing resume they offered to bring me on-site to explain the building and meet some of the team. I met with the managers for the IT department, and then on another date with more upper management as well. The interviews were mostly related to work ethic/values rather than skills.

Interview
Applied, and received an email with an interview offer within 1-2 weeks for a one way video interview (Recorded response). Easy questions, would allocate about an hour or so to record it. The main downside is there is almost no human interaction.

"name a time..." questions
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HDR (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied for the position and received an invite to a one way video interview. I don't do one way interviews, I know how those work. You aren't worth working for if you can't do a real interview.
