The first step of the interview process was a video process, in which they show you something like a dozen questions and then you record your responses. In addition to it being a really awkward process, it didn't give me an opportunity to learn anything about the company or the job and also didn't allow me to clarify any of my questions. The job was looking for someone with 3 years experience, but the questions asked things like "what does strategic communications mean to you?" which seems a bit insulting to someone who you know has a few years of relevant experience at that point.
My in-person interview was an awful process to coordinate, but when I did finally get one scheduled the team was very friendly and said up front that they know the video interview process is not ideal, but it became clear to me that the job description and company setup hid misled me a bit and it wasn't a good fit for me.
