I just applied online because hdfc bank is a big brand name and than I called for interview,I was selected than they asked me to meet cluster head than I meet him and he has also selected me.
HR will ask about the candidate's job profile whether he has any experience in the current domain. Achievements. Strengths and weaknesses. Certifications. My hobbies. Discussed my ambition and shared him what are my goals, plans, will power, etc
They had 3 rounds 1) technical were i was asked to do manual code review which was on java. He gave me 3 code from easy to difficult 2) managerial round with one of manager 3) HR round - discussed about salary compensation
