DO NOT waste your time with this company. (Santa Monica) They make you have several of interviews only to tell you that they are not really looking to hire anytime soon but just thinking for the near future, not to mention they want you to take a test after they tell you that they are not looking to hire and still want you to interview again? You have several of interviews with different managers and still do not hear back the lack of response. They remove the job posting only to post it again.

What is your day-to-day like? Tell me about a time where you had an issue and how was it resolved?
Easy process. Phone call screening with HR and then a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. Offered extended within one week. Quick and to the point, efficient which is appreciated since I’ve gone on 6-7 round interviews in the past.

Greatest strengths and weaknesses in the work space
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HCT Packaging
Interview
Interviewed for a project manager position. I first had a brief interview with an HR manager that then emailed me to set up an interview with the head of the department. I then had a zoom interview with the head of the department. I didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks and followed up and they said they didn't have any updates then I followed up again a week later and said they needed more time. Followed up again a week after that and they requested a follow up interview. After the followup interview I followed up a few times and then after about a month I got a rejection email. A month after that they reached back out saying they had a different position they had in mind for me which I only did one interview for before I pulled myself out of the running due to it not being a position I was interested in. It was a long process with lots of followups over the course of 2 months.
