HCSS Project Manager interview questions

Went through an outside recruiter who regularly works with HCSS. Had 2 recruiter calls, took the online math test, personality test, phone screen with HCSS HR and then brought onsite for the in person math test and interviews with hiring manager and 2 peers. Was invited for a 2nd round with the hiring manager, an SVP and the CEO/Founder where I found out the job title changed. The CEO was last and it was one of the oddest interviews I've had. He is a flamboyant Trump supporter with a framed handshake picture, but his questions had nothing to do with the role and it was a very dissonant conversation. It was so odd and different from every other interaction I had, I wouldn't have left my current job if offered.

Pretty extensive interview process. Be ready for a few days worth. They do this to really weed out the ones that wouldn't be a good fit both for the roll and the culture.
