I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HCLTech (Melbourne) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview itself was decent. Half an hour long with questions about my experience working in teams as well as how I would approach some given scenarios. This was followed by discussion about how the company would progress with the hiring procedure. Lastly they answered any questions that I had.
The process after this was unprofessional. I never got a reply from them. I called and emailed them a couple of times two weeks after the interview and then once again after a month. They didn't bother replying or answering anything. Not even a rejection.

Question 1
Solving difference of opinions between team members.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HCLTech (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
HR screening, followed by two video calls. Likely at least one more call afterwards, I didn't clear the second call. HR gave very little notice for upcoming interviews (as early as the next day), no respect for your time. First call was a quick chat about yourself and the role. At least this interviewer was pleasant, friendly, and professional. Made me seriously consider joining this company. Second call was a technical interview with the rudest interviewer I've ever had. They were unkempt and unprofessional. Throughout the interview, they looked disinterested and even tried to end the interview early before I had asked all my questions. Gave me a very poor impression of the company.
