“The Technical Lead hiring process consisted of five rounds, including three technical interviews. After successfully clearing all stages, the salary negotiation concluded positively, resulting in a mutually agreeable compensation package.

Its very simple and straight forward. 2 rounds.
First round will be a pure technical round and the second round would be technical + management interview. The questions are from all the previous project experience you worked and stated in your resume.

hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.
