It was very straight forward and easy. They ask very relevant questions. questions from project and what is written in the resume. C and Linux questions and networking domain.

No defined process. No proper system used for scheduling interviews as well as keeping candidates up to date on the progress. No proper information on next steps and the duration it would take.
