It was over zoom cery quick and very taught forward. Questions about personality over worth ethics and knowledge. It was not a group interview and no peer interview. You talk to department manager
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
