Fairly easy. If you have a passion for nursing, they can pick up on that and see your desire for the position. The process was fairly general and they gave you a opportunity to shadow another nurse who has the position you want to go for
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.

Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
