first was an phone interview it took like 20 min then they arranged a personal interview the day of the peraon inteview arrived 30min early as suggested by them in a email and do not ask bout pay rate to them…

My interview process was rather quickly, I filled out the online application one week and received a call the following week with a time and day for a phone interview. The next week I was scheduled for a face to face interview.
