It was good and smooth. Nothing extra ordinary, just the usual expected formality. Nervous at first but relaxed soon as I started talking. It was what I expected though, the interviewer was nice and not condescending. She gave me time to talk and did not rush me

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.

Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
