I was referred by a coworker to fill in for a known upcoming leave of absence. It happened pretty quickly, really. Honestly, I don't really even recall being interviewed.I just remember meeting with the facility administrator, we had a brief interview process and discussion about what was needed and expected, and I was called in on an as-needed basis.

Question 1
If you are doing portables with another tech and the tech didn’t shield how would you approach the sitatuion
Simple, they expect you to be alert at all times. Be prepared to ask about salary, make sure they explain benefits and everything on paper. Interviews are basically them selling the company.
It was the typical interview, it wasn’t too bad. They had you come in, they asked you questions, then if they wanted to hire you you’ll get an email stating all the information.
