There was an initial 10 min interview with a recruiter who then passes you onto a panel interview which consist of 6-10 people who ask several questions. After the interview the recruiter will contact you to let you know if they are willing to go forward with your application or not.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
