The HCA recruiters are very organized and outlined the hiring process very plainly. They covered the benefits and salary expectations as well as provided materials through email. They were very responsive to questions and provided clear expectations for the interview. They were also very accommodating to the new C
OVID restrictions by providing online interviews.
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
