Easy- they do not ask much and expect you to have basic PCT skills. I knew nothing when I went into the interview because my nursing school clinical experience was horrid. I learned everything on the job. The interview seemed like a formality.
Was with the Nurse Manager and 2-3 nurses. Interview was about 30 minutes to an hour long. Was more focused on how you work as a team. They really like my customer experience!
