Interview
It was an interview event, in which all hospitals under HCA had tables set up. Essentially, you had the opportunity to interview at as many of the hospitals as you wanted.

They asked a few circumstantial questions in regards to prioritization.
i.e: What would you do if a patient was insisting you stay with them in their room to talk, however you still have a lot of things to do for the day?
Thorough interview process and got to job shadow after interview to experience what actual unit is like. I was also given a tour of the unit and other units that you could potentially float to.

Give a time you had to confront a difficult coworker.
The interview process went very smooth. Staff was friendly and willing to do a virtual interview because I was out of state. I felt very comfortable during the entire process.
