1st interview over the phone with HCA recruiter. Included some personal questions of what I was looking for, what hospitals, and what pay range.
2nd interview in person with 2 Nursing supervisors. General questionnaire but not intimidating. If you show that you have a passion to help people and are open to learning then you will do fine. 2 hour shadowing experience on the unit you applied for to make sure it is a good fit. End the day with an interview with the Chief Nursing Officer. She just wants to make sure that you are a good fit at the hospital and what your plan is for the future and see if you have any additional questions.
