Head hunter had recommended was hired on review of my resume was asked the routine questions about family and my last work experience and was told there problems and if I could fix it I gave them a solution from the top of my head, they reffered me to the Director and the same questions were posed who reffered me to the CMD who made me wait for 4 hours and refused to see me, Directorsaid I was hired.
