Unable to answer at things time. Preparing for an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager. I have been in town with the human resource department. We have had several times she has been very helpful. I am scheduled to meet the hiring manager within the next few days.
I was reached out to for a phone interview by the an HR person for the Project Coordinator role. After a short conversation basically talking about the position and my experience working with clients she wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. I came into the office about a week later for the in-person interview with again the HR person and then the and one of the department heads. It was a pretty laid back interview asking about relevant experience and giving examples of current programs I use, interview lasted about 30 minutes. The HR person then said she would get back to me by the end of the week. The end of the week comes and I don't hear anything from her. I wait a few more days then I send a follow up email to her mentioning I still had not heard anything and I would like to hear some feedback from my interview. It has now been almost a month and I STILL have not heard anything. So I was completely ghosted. I'm an adult I can handle hearing if I did not get the job. I find the situation unprofessional and it shows a general lack of respect for other people's time.
We apologize for any confusion during the interview process. We do make an effort to respond to all applicants who have interviewed once the position has been closed with a status on their application and any applicable feedback. If you have further questions, we'd be happy to discuss. You can contact HR@hbkengineering.com.
