A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, I had two interviews with the recruiters/consultants at JossSearch, and then I had my 3rd interview with HBK. All via TEAMS. Below are the interview questions that stood out to me the most. I was told that if I made it to the 4th interview at HBK in Dallas, I would have to take a budgeting excel "open ended" assessment on how I can plan an event for 130 employees, and the other assessment would be a written assessment to see my communication skills.
