HARTING Technology Group interview questions

First Interview with HR was an hour long where HR went through a presentation about the company and asked a few basic questions to see if you were the right fit. Next interview was with hiring manager. I did not make it past this point but the next and final step would have been an in person interview. I really appreciated a personal call from the recruiter to tell me I did not qualify for the position. This is rare these days and shows me the company values candidates and their time - always a good sign.

The worst interview experience I ever have. Disrespectful sales VP. Using phone all the time during interview while candidate talking. Not answering any question. Told candidate this is not the question to ask. Is ok to think candidate is not a good fit but with such a disrespectful experience is ridiculous
