An online exam of proofreading skill was required, one on one interview, I also did a temporary grading, scoring job that got my foot in the door. The CEO could judge my work ethic that way.

Interview
I saw an advert for the job online and sent my resume to the email address they had provided. Within a day, I received a response for a written test. Once I passed that test, I was asked to come to the main office to meet with the CEO. We had an interview for about one hour, and by the time I had returned I already had the login information for the company.
