Interview process is very pathetic . I reached the location at 11.30 PM and till 4PM was waiting for first round.
When I asked HR about my turn she is simply bluffing and telling next is yours only. After 4-5 hrs waiting I am feedup with them then I came back without attending the 1st round.
Even I saw close to 10 people went like that without attending the interview

Pathetic interview process. First they hire firstipo as hr agency which will schedule the interview. There will be no coordination between the hr and you. Later they'll tell the technical round is clear and HR round will be scheduled. After a week of follow up they'll say that we can't schedule your hr round because they have got the feedback as that you were reading from somewhere during the interview. Then why I was told a week ago that my technical round was clear. If the hiring process and HR team is like this, can't imagine the culture in the company.
