Through College Campus placements. The position they wanted to hire was to develop projects of Symphony Talents which is a client of Harman. The first round was given with a real time scenario question which we had to give a solution with an algorithm writing it on papers. They wanted to filter people with the approaches they take rather than exact syntax. 11 out of 200 were filtered for the further rounds. The second round was a technical round which was explaining the algorithm which we wrote and any other alternatives other than the approach what we wrote. Questions going through the resume. And basic sql and ds questions. The third round was technical too. In that we were questioned about the projects indepth. And other technical questions . There were two hr rounds. One with the hr of Symphony Talents and the other with the hr of harman. The first one was long and questions were based on scenarios. What would you do in that situation kind. The second hr was smooth and confirmed my selection.
