Started with a phone screen. Call was scheduled for 1PM, but I didn't hear back after 20 minutes so I sent an email confirming the time. Was told they were running late and the call would begin in a few minutes... 30 minutes later -- almost an hour after the scheduled time -- I received a call. During the call, it was quite difficult to understand the interviewer due to a combination of poor call quality and mumbling. They didn't seem well-prepared for the interview initially based on the conversation. I asked what they think could be improved at HAP Capital and one of the comments was fixing their disorganization (clearly!).
