I had a brief 15 minute screening call with HR.
Two weeks later, a 45 minute call with the hiring manager.
Then a take-home assignment and another 30 minute call with the hiring manager.
Then never heard anything back from them.

The take-home activity was weirdly technical for a role that wasn't an engineering role. I had to extract data from a json file, do a bunch of analysis, and write a report.
