I went through 6 interviews overall. I was asked to create a 2 minute video introduction to my 'team', and create a presentation using data for a fictitious district. I created the power point, did the video, and did my best to represent myself through the various interactions.
This was my second time the company reached out to me to recruit me via LinkedIn. The first time I had 3 interviews and was told they cancled the requisition in San Carlos, Ca and were not looking to fill it after about 4 weeks of setting interviews and go through their interview process. They offered me Sacramento as an alternative which I was open to, then filled it internally. This was 18 months ago.
So this time I believed this was the right time to pursure the position.
I'm not really sure what happened at the end there as I did not get the opportunity. All in this was another 5 or so weeks I researching this business, pouring over data and working to land an opportunity that didn't pan out.
I honestly thought this was a great opportunity which is why I had no qualms with the lengthy process. I don't know what I misssd as I didnt get any feedback.
