video interview done online because the staff at the store location was sick, just basic work authorisation and customer service questions. The interview ended in around less than 20 minutes and the week later i had the job. however, it was a part time role. But that all, nothing further.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M
Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
