I applied to [Company Name] and got a call pretty quickly after submitting my CV, which was a nice surprise. The interview was scheduled with a manager and it happened just a couple of days later. The interview itself was quite short and straightforward. The manager asked a few general questions about my background, experience, and what I was looking for in my next role. There weren’t many technical questions or deep dives, so it felt more like a screening call than anything too intense.

They invited several groups of 8 people to group interviews of roughly 2 hrs long and just to hire 3 people in total. The interviewer barely acknowledged me at all.
