They want an employee is a hard worker and fashion forward. They want someone who has interest in growing with them and stands out in the crowd. The coolest part about the interview is that you don't dress like you're going to your average interview. Your interview outfit should express your personal style. So guys, put on your nicest sneakers and ladies, slip on a pair of cute heels. And be prepared to kill your interview while being very stylish.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
