I applied on indeed and then a week later they gave me a call and scheduled an interview time, I went to the store at the specified time, they took me to a backroom to give the interview, they asked me the questions and then they said they would be in touch and sent me an email with the outcome 2 weeks later.

they asked me questions about why I wanted to work there, how I had experience or knowledge/links to the products they sell, previous times I had gone over and above for a customer, one time I dealt with a difficult situation
Group interview, asks about the H&M sustainability goals and their membership scheme. Also, we had to walk around the store and give feedback on what the store could improve on.
