I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at H&M (Chandler, AZ) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had initially applied online to a location that would be opening up in a couple months, and within a week I had received an email informing me of a open interview job fair for that location. I had attended and was able to do my phone screening actually in person. I was told that sometime next week I would receive a call informing me of the status of my application. The following Tuesday I was called to set up a second interview in which I was asked a couple more questions and then offered a position on the spot. It was a quick and easy process and I'm excited to start working.

I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Brighton, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
