Interview
(SINGAPORE H&M) I tried to apply online but after one week they still hadn't get back to me so I went to the store and asked for the availability of part time jobs, they asked me for my resume and said they will review it and contact me.
They contacted me after a few days (5-6days) and scheduled for an interview the next day. Overall, it definitely wasn't a simple and boring one-to-one interview. We were in groups and we had to complete a few activities with many challenges (not very difficult) tasked by the managers and recruiters. They wanted to see how we could react to new environment and changes fast, and also our team work. After that, they did not asked us any questions at all but they asked us to ask them questions. All in all, the people there are actually really friendly and fun. It was a really a refreshing and interesting experience for me. They haven't contacted me yet but we were told that they will contact us latest in one week time.

There wasn't any questions. There were only a few activities where you'll have to imagine that you're already working for them and solve the situations as a team!

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.

Interview
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
