Interview
After an application sent from LinkedIn, they reviewed it and asked to complete a 2h online test with behavioural and technical questions (python programming assignment). I didn't go further and they did not give me feedback, therefore I don't know why. They also took a very long time to do it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview consists of 3 rounds first with the recruiter, second a technical interview with colleagues and stakeholders, and finally the hiring manager interview. I only get invited to the recruiter interview only.
Met the team, and had a few technical rounds with the other data scientists. They mainly focused on my ability to complete a technical project. The process lasted maybe 1 month.
