I went through 3 interviews. Got to the finals, first interview was with agency, second two with H&M crew. There were two people, they asked me to tell about myself.
Relaxed atmosphere with interviewers, nice people.

I was asked thats gonna be challenging me in this work, the last time you did follow the rules, is it easy for me to follow guidelines, do I like working alone or in team,when can you start, whats the salary you want, how much I earn usually, how do you follow fashion, whats your advantages; do you think planning is important; how your usual day looks planned; how do I see commerce and fashion in the shop; do I want to work in the shop or with window displays;
have you trained any workers; do you like making presentations and other things.
