It was series of interviews with HR and the recruitment team, and eventually the Design team where they ask a series of questions about you and your design aesthetic and ideas for them to get to know you better

An initial phone interview with the HR Recruiter, which was successful followed by 2 further interviews. (One with HR, one with design team). After the first interview I had to make a design project.

Phone interview. It was a bit weird not seeing the person who was interviewing me but it was a good talk. It was the first stage of recruiting process before face to face meetings.

The first step of process is phone call which takes roughly 20mins. It begins with introducing yourself and ends up the question ‘where do you see your self in 5years’.
