I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Maastricht) in Jan 2017
Interview
I had a 30 minutes phone call then I was invited to the assessment.
At the assessment we had first a group work, then an email exercise, a face to face interview and the role play.
I had a perfect interview, role playing and tests, I was perfect for that job but those idiots didn't hire me.
Probably they know they are very stupid and hire only stupids like them in order to have compassion, and not to feel lower!
That's the only explanation I can give!
So my tip is to apply only if you are stupid, because if you are intelligent they will make you waste your time and will call you laghing and saying that you were not hired and they wish you good luck for your job search!
Easy . Best interview i could have asked for , they were friendly and very supportive . applied and got an interview pretty much straight away . good experience . would deffo recomend u apply here if you like the store
