I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at H&M (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied for a part-time sales advisor position at the Toronto Eaton Centre location in early August 2016. After applying on the careers website I got an e-mail inviting me to a job fair. The job fair had a lot of people. There were several interviewers sitting at different tables, all interviewing different candidates at the same time. Each one-one-one interview was maybe 5 minutes max. After the one-on-one interview, if they liked you or saw potential for you to continue further, they invited you to come for a group assessment later that day. I overheard several interviews before mine and most people were not invited to come to this assessment.
The assessment had two group activities, they were just fun ways to test your ability to work in a group and multitask. It's absolutely nothing to be worried about.
