Phone interview, mainly quite basic questions but it's really important to prepare. Also expect questions on future trends and salary expectations.
After a 3x30 interview at the head office, focusing on salesmanship, resume/background and fashion/trends. Be prepared to have examples on everything i your cover letter and that you might say during the interview.
Final interview approx 60 minutes. personality, trends, buying strategies.

It was the first interview via Whatsapp. They did not ask anything about my gender or marital status and did not even ask me to turn on the camera which is really to provide everyone equal opportunity.

They asked which designers are my favourites and the most observed trends recently seen.
Very slow but they respond with feedback, which helps you in the future. They conduct 4 interviews and the timeline between each interview is 14 days, so pretty long a process
I had a telephone interview and a second interview via Skype and they were very friendly. The second was naturally more intense and I was interviewed by HR and a buyer
