Applied online and turned in my resume to the manager in person. The following week I received a call over the phone and was shortly interview, going over my previous jobs and available hours. Then, I was called and asked to come in for an interview. There was a lady sitting with a clipboard taking notes of my answers while the manager interview me. The next day, I received a call asking me to come in for another in-person interview and was offered the job.
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
